Description:
A quick and delicious one-pan meal made with leftover rice and tender chicken pieces.
Ingredients:

2 cups cooked rice

1 cup diced chicken
-
2 eggs
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
½ cup peas & carrots
Instructions:

Cook chicken in a wok.

Scramble eggs separately.

Add rice, vegetables, soy sauce.

Mix everything and stir-fry 5 minutes.
