Chicken Fried Rice

 



Description:

A quick and delicious one-pan meal made with leftover rice and tender chicken pieces.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 1 cup diced chicken

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • ½ cup peas & carrots


Instructions:

  1. Cook chicken in a wok.

  2. Scramble eggs separately.

  3. Add rice, vegetables, soy sauce.

  4. Mix everything and stir-fry 5 minutes.
