Honey Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

A quick and healthy weeknight dinner made with juicy chicken pieces tossed in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (cubed)

  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp cornstarch





Instructions:

  1. Cook chicken in a hot pan until golden.

  2. Add vegetables and stir-fry 3–4 minutes.

  3. Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and cornstarch.

  4. Pour sauce over chicken and cook until thick.

Serve with: Steamed rice or noodles.
